"Head of Operations" ОАО ИК Ай Ти Инвест, Москва, Уровень зарплаты до 350 000 руб. Требуемый опыт работы более 6 лет
Due to its international operations expansion ITInvest (ITI Funds) is looking for an experienced buy-side operation Head who knows following things:
- Reconciliation and reporting of cash flows generated by on-balance sheet instruments and off-balance-sheet derivatives (REPOs and SWAPs)
- Partnership accounting processing
- Reconciliation of collateral with that of fund balances
- Understand key regulatory concepts of UCITS
- Be willing to work day and night and not go home until M-to-M is reconciled and PL is stable
- Understand how to generate shadow NAVs and to work with administrators to bully them into accepting shadow NAVs when they cannot generate their own
- Be hands on - none of the talk "we will hire a consultant or a programmer" who well do this - instead just sit down and do it him/herself
The kind of person who would work is someone who ran Rencap asset management operations or Deutsche or Credit Anstald buy side operations or someone who ran middle office in a proper Moscow bank and started from building it, so still remembers how to do things by hand.

- Ability to travel a lot (UK)
